I’m Susan Metevia-Frasik, and I’m proud to call Venice, Florida home. Five years ago, my husband and I moved from Michigan to Southwest Florida and quickly fell in love with the beauty, lifestyle, and sense of paradise that make this area so special.

As a mother with many members of my family now living nearby—including my children, brother, and nieces and nephews—Southwest Florida has become more than just a place to live. It’s a community built around family, connection, and quality of life.
